BIO: EMily Christner

Emily is an award-winning senior digital executive, general manager, and product leader with two decades of experience building, transforming and growing media, entertainment and sports businesses such as the Boston Bruins, Virgin, TV Guide and CBS. Emily is the Chief Product Officer at Trusted Media Brands. In this role, she leads geographically distributed teams responsible for the vision, strategy, design and development of the TMB product portfolio, including websites and CTV/OTT as well as their licensing and ecommerce platforms that engage over 250 million consumers worldwide.

Formerly, Ms. Christner owned her own company, Steel Pens Consulting, and was a full-time Senior Advisor for MediaLink, a strategic advisory firm in the media and entertainment space. Prior to launching Steel Pens, she was the Vice President and General Manager of the TV Group at CBS Interactive, a portfolio of premium sites and apps including TV Guide.com Metacritic and TV.com. Ms. Christner joined CBS Interactive through the company’s acquisition of TV Guide Digital, where as Vice President of Marketing she was part of the executive team that transformed the business for an on-demand, streaming audience and sold it to CBS in 2013. 

Ms. Christner holds a BA from Boston College and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. She lives in New York City and can often be found traveling the world.
